The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to Times Square and other main attractions. While the rooms have a bit of a highway motel feel and could be cleaner, I appreciated the modern art displayed around the property. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were friendly and helpful, while others could use more training. The price I paid felt a bit high for what I received, considering some issues with cleanliness and the overall ambiance.

Service was friendly and professional most of the time, with great help regarding early check-in and show tickets. However, I did have an incredibly frustrating moment when my key wouldn't work for the third time.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, and other famous landmarks. It's hard to beat how convenient it was for all the activities I wanted to enjoy in NYC.
